Hell hath no fury like Carrie White. That's right, folks, for tonight's shift, Kyle & Abby not only read the classic horror novel CARRIE (1974) by Stephen King—but also screened the new Amazon Prime Video 2026 adaptation from Mike Flanagan. The story follows misfit high-school girl, Carrie White, who gradually discovers that she has telekinetic powers. Repressed by a domineering, ultra-religious mother and tormented by her peers at school, her efforts to fit in lead to a dramatic confrontation during the senior prom. So, is this classic book or its new adaptation any good? Well, give this review a listen and find out...if you DAAAaaaare!
